Parent Code Of Conduct

1. I will have respect for the coaches and team staff and the time and effort they have put in for the sake of the players. I will not verbally abuse them at any time .
2. I will have respect for the referees and their assistants. I will not harass or abuse the referee during or after the match. I will not enter the field of play without the referee’s permission.
3. I will show respect to all players, only cheer in a positive manner and encourage my player’s team and not put down or verbally abuse the other team. I will cheer only in a way that promotes fair play.
4. I have the responsibility to learn the laws of the game and the spirit of the game.
5. I will not use foul, abusive or inappropriate language towards anyone for any reason.
6. I will demonstrate sportsmanship and integrity as I am a role model for my own children.
7. I will not go over any coaches or board officials heads to break any rules to benefit my child/ my child's team.
8. I will stay respectful and appropriate on all CDSA social media accounts.
9. I will follow all rules set out by CDSA and if they are not clear I will consult a board member.
10. As a parent I will be involved with the organization and promote the game only in a positive way.
11. If I do not comply with these rules of the Code of Conduct I will be subject to disciplinary action.
