We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and inclusive environment for all players, coaches, officials, and parents. While we strive for excellence on and off the pitch, we understand that disagreements or concerns may arise.
This page outlines our formal process for addressing complaints to ensure they are handled with transparency, confidentiality, and respect.
To prevent emotionally charged disputes, we enforce a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Except in cases involving physical safety or harassment, please wait 24 hours after an incident before submitting a formal complaint.
Formal complaints must be submitted via complaints@camrosesoccer.com
A valid formal complaint must include:
Date, time, and location of the incident.
Names of individuals involved and any witnesses.
A clear, factual description of the behavior or incident.
The specific rule or Code of Conduct believed to have been violated. You can find our player, parent, and coach code of conduct on our website.
Once received, the Discipline Committee will follow these steps:
Acknowledgment: You will receive a confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
Fact-Finding: The committee will interview relevant parties and review evidence.
Decision: A written summary of the findings and any resulting actions will be provided to the parties involved.
Anti-Retaliation: No member will be penalized, demoted, or denied playing time for filing a complaint in good faith.
Confidentiality: Information is shared only with those strictly necessary to the investigation.
Impartiality: Any committee member with a conflict of interest (e.g., they coach the team involved) will recuse themselves.
Important Note: If you believe a crime has been committed or a child is in immediate danger, please contact local law enforcement immediately before notifying the Association.
